Become a Huntingdon County Democrat Committeeperson!

  • A County Committeeperson is an elected member of the Huntingdon County Democratic Committee. Committee members help organize the local party, support Democratic candidates, circulate petitions, and represent Democrats in their voting precinct.

    • Help shape the future of the Democratic Party locally

    • Support candidates who reflect your community’s values

    • Strengthen voter outreach and engagement

    • Be a voice for Democrats in your precinct

  • To run, you must:

    • Be a registered Democrat

    • Live in the precinct where you are seeking election

  • You need at least 10 signatures from registered Democrats who live in your precinct.

That’s it — 10 signatures gets your name on the ballot for the May 19 primary election.

(We recommend getting as many signatures as possible.)
